Last month, we were treated to new, brilliant bridal eye candy at the Fall 2012 bridal fashion shows in New York City.
My wrap-up post is ALWAYS one of the toughest entries to write. It is so hard to narrow down the options knowing that I am leaving out some extraordinary gowns.
I must also make sure to include a fair spread so my readers are not just seeing the work of one or two designers.
Since Wed Savvy celebrates bridal diversity, here are some top picks for (almost) every style bride:
Lela Rose, Marchesa and Monique Lhuillier
Anne Bowen, Vera Wang and Claire Pettibone
Romona Keveza, Rivini and Vera Wang
Anne Bowen, Jenny Packham and Claire Pettibone
Ines DiSanto, Romona Keveza and Pnina Tornai
Reem Acra, Ines DiSanto and Romona Keveza
Monique Lhuillier, Talia dress by Elizabeth Fillmore and Watters
Alfred Angelo, Rivini and Amsale
Monique Lhuillier, Romona Keveza and Christos
Vera Wang, Angel Sanchez and Monique Lhuillier

I was completely charmed by this vintage bohemian styled wedding shoot I received from J and J Photography.
What blew me away was the fact that these Midsummer’s Night Dream like photos were taken in the one and only New York City.
This was nothing like the typical urban wedding submission I come to expect from the city that never sleeps.
The unique venue, One if By Land, Two if by Sea, was once an eighteenth century carriage house and home to former Vice President Aaron Burr.
It is easy to understand why it has been called New York’s most romantic restaurant (reportedly hosting 24 proposals per week).
How beautiful are those outdoor gardens?
Nothing says vintage romance like a Claire Pettibone wedding dress (from Gabriella New York Bridal Salon) styled with jewelry by Untamed Petals. I adore both of the bride’s hair styles and the delicate Sara Gabriel adornments.
The talented team of vendors, coordinated by NoLimit Events LLC, took cues from the antique surroundings to put together an enchanting scene that takes you back in time.
I’m swooning over the lovely floral arrangements created by Deborah Hunter of Worship Luxury Inc.
She used umbrella ferns as accents everywhere to bring the greenery of the gardens inside (genius).
Thank you to the wonderful team of vendors for sharing this delightful NYC photo shoot.
